Day  4 done WOOOP WOOOP!!!

So today we done Cardio Recovery which is great because it is slower and has a whole lot of stretching to help my muscles recover!!! This video took a lot of control, balance and flexibility which i do not have much of yet but as i said in previous posts i'm sure i will get better in time. Though it was slower i did sweat (made me feel like i was digging deep lol). Feeling good after Cardio Recovery... Roll on tomorrow for PURE CARDIO!!! :-)

(My USN meal replacement shake should be coming in the next 2 days so i will let you know what it tastes like, if it fills you up and all that jazz!!)
