Day 8!! (finished about 5 minuets ago and im still sweating!!!)
Sorry again for the late post had another crazy day, had to sort out my student finance and buy stuff for my trip to Uganda (ohh yh forgot to say, I will be going to Uganda soon to build a playground for some children!!!)... Anyhooo done day 8 (Cardio Power & Resistance) and again i feel good, i feel i can push harder and harder. i am finding the moves a little less difficult so i can go a little longer without stopping or compromising my form... So far so good i would recommend this to everybody; its soooo good for my anxiety some how it helps me release all my worries, so after a workout i can just relax :)
On a different note the USN shake is still working wonders :) BUT!!!... It does make you pass wind A LOT and when i say A LOT i mean A LOT... but that wont stop me form using it because its working so well for me :)...
Pure Cardio tomorrow and i'm scared loool :(
