So, I've started insanity and its HARD!! The first day of insanity you do a fit test which you will repeat every 2 weeks to track your fitness. My results were pretty poor lool...
(how many of an exercise move you can do in a minuet)
Switch Kicks : 50
Power Jacks: 38
Power Knees: 70
Power Jumps: 15
Globe Jumps: 5
Suicide Jumps: 11
Push Up Jacks: 4
Low Plank Oblique: 21
I figure that not perfect results are to be expected at the start of the program; if i got these results at the end then i would be a bit worried lol. The second day of insanity was harder than the first we did Plyometric Cardio Circuit. I am in so much pain after day 2 BUT i feel its good pain!! what makes it good is the feeling of accomplishment and that you are actually working your body, it also fuels my optimism!! So all in all i'm in pain but happy :)
On the other hand, nutrition is proving a bit difficult. you have to eat 5 small meals a day and i am struggling to find time to eat all of those meals; but i figure i will get better as time passes!!!
