So... just finished Cardio Recovery and i'm telling you guys; i was sweating like a BITCH!!! i thought since its not cardio i wouldn't sweat as much but i was DRIPPING!! so that went ok; trying to build up my core strength.
Had only one slice of bread today so yaaay that's on track! Next fit test soon can't wait to see the change & can't wait till week 3 to start my liver detox (date confirmed start of week 3) and to see if there are any changes in my measurements.
