Anyhoo feeling a bit funny about my diet; although i am eating roughly around 1500 calories a day i feel like i have been eating too much bread (mostly because its quick and easy to make a slice of bread with peanut butter and banana). i eat about 2 sometimes 3 slices a day (depending on if i missed on of the 5 meals, to make up the calories) i will now only eat one slice a day and see how that goes!!!
Found out some interesting things about the liver detox but am still trying to find a program that i can do with insanity as most liver detox program require only light exercise which i am not doing.
GONNA TRY AND PUSH HARDER AND LONGER!!!
