Guys i'm happy today because i feel like i PUSHED no punishment for me today YAAAY!!
Right got a few things to say...
Firstly, as i said i will be starting my liver detox at the beginning of week 3, this will consist of 11 days. Days 1-7 i will be eating only liver loving and colon cleansing foods... Day 8 will consist of a juice fast where i will be only drinking a special recipe juice that flushes out the liver... and finally the last 3 days will be me readjusting my eating habits. Because this is 11 days and will spill over in to week 4 i have decided to take my measurements at the end of week 4 not week 3 (AHHH THE ANTICIPATION!!!!).
Secondly as advised by my friend i will now do minor plank work in the evenings to help build up my core strength (this will help improve my form within the workouts, but also help me push longer). Will let you know if it helps.
And lastly i have decided to not take an off day doing insanity i will instead do some yoga to help me become more flexible, enhance my balance but also help me relax.
